We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, and energetic Admission Counsellors to join our growing admissions team. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity, ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with students and parents and helping them make informed educational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, WhatsApp, video calls, and email.
Explain academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Follow up on student inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Meet monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Kerala) or English & Tamil (Tamil Nadu).
Good internet connectivity, smartphone/laptop, and a quiet workspace.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, email, etc.).
