We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of user-centered design principles and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for websites and mobile applications.
- Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis.
- Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Improve existing designs based on feedback and usability insights.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital products.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic, freelance, or personal projects).
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
