Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, enjoy interacting with students, and be passionate about helping them choose the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students regarding our Coding and AI programs.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course features, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Telecalling, Sales, or Counselling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
