Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce the company’s interior design services and offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments/site visits for the design consultants.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for lead handovers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Skills Required:
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
