- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates in the system.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for spare parts as per requirement.
- Ensure optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure the timely availability of required parts.
- Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and selecting the correct parts.
- Handle warranty and return claims as per company policy.
- Maintain the parts display area and ensure proper labeling and organization.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow up with suppliers and logistics for on-time delivery of parts.
- Monitor parts sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with HMCL and company standards for spare parts management.
- Support the Parts Manager in implementing promotional activities and pricing strategies.
