About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer (Fresher) to join our design/engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles along with hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and P&ID reading, gained through academic projects, internships, or training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing 2D/3D mechanical and plant layout drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Support senior engineers in piping, equipment, and structural layout designs
- Read and interpret P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) to support piping and equipment layout development
- Prepare isometric drawings and equipment modeling as guided
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure drawings meet technical specifications
- Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from senior engineers/clients
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records
- Support site/project teams with technical drawings as required
- Learn and apply industry standards, codes, and company design guidelines
Required Skills
- AutoCAD 3D — proficiency required
- AutoCAD Plant 3D — working knowledge
- P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) — basic understanding of reading and interpretation
- Basic understanding of piping, plant layout, and mechanical components
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and drafting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software/tools
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Certification/training in AutoCAD 3D and AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred
- Strong academic record

Pay: ₹10,951.30 - ₹16,000.00 per month
