Senior Trainer (SKIP Programme)
- Position: Senior Trainer – SKIP (Sirena Knowledge & Innovation Programme)
- Location: Kangra,Himachal Pradesh (Full-time, On-site)
- Reporting To: Sirena HQ, Bengaluru
- Experience: ( 0-5 ) years in training, teaching, or technical facilitation
- Compensation: Up to ₹ 3 LPA (based on experience)
- Preferred Candidate: Candidates from Himachal Pradesh or North India will be preferred.
Role Overview :
Sirena is looking for a passionate and energetic Senior Trainer to lead the delivery of the Sirena Knowledge & Innovation Programme (SKIP) at University. The trainer will deliver hands-on sessions in Robotics, AI, and Coding, facilitate practical lab activities, mentor students, and ensure measurable learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Plan, prepare, and deliver structured classroom and laboratory sessions as per the SKIP curriculum.
∙ Conduct hands-on training on Robotics, Embedded Systems, AI, and Coding using Sirenaplatforms and robotics kits.
∙ Mentor students during practical sessions, projects, and innovation activities. ∙ Continuously improve and adapt curriculum modules in collaboration with Sirena HQ while maintaining technical depth.
∙ Track individual student progress and maintain detailed learning records. ∙ Prepare and submit weekly reports covering session outcomes, student performance, lab status, and key observations.
∙ Ensure all lab equipment and training infrastructure are prepared and functioning before every session.
∙ Identify high-performing students for internships, competitions, and advanced learningopportunities.
∙ Maintain a professional learning environment and represent Sirena positively on campus.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have
∙ 0–5 years of experience in teaching, training, or technical facilitation in a college, school, or EdTech environment.
∙ Hands-on exposure to hardware and software-based learning.
∙ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∙ Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
∙ High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving attitude.
∙ Comfortable preparing structured reports and documentation.
- Good to Have
∙ Background in Robotics, Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or STEM Education.
∙ Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
∙ Prior experience delivering EdTech or technical training programmes.
∙ Familiarity with robotics platforms, humanoid robots, or similar hardware.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
