Description -
Drive high-impact transformation initiatives by combining deep data expertise with strong project execution , enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects (scoping delivery
- adoption)
- Define project goals, timelines, risks, and success metrics
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business, operations, and IT
- Ensure delivery within cost, timeline, and quality expectations
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and insights
- Design and operationalize data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Drive adoption of BI tools and data platforms (Power BI, SQL, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity
- Solve complex, ambiguous business problems using data and structured thinking
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity, and service improvements
- Deliver measurable improvements (e.g., cycle time, efficiency, customer experience)
- Act as a bridge between business leaders, ops teams, and technical teams
- Drive stakeholder buy-in and ensure sustained adoption of solutions
- Communicate insights and project outcomes to leadership in a clear, concise manner
- Automate reporting and workflows using analytics and tools
- Standardize processes and enable scalable operating models
- Continuously improve data frameworks and project execution methods
- Advanced data capabilities:
- SQL / data modelling
- BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Data interpretation and storytelling
- Analytical thinking + structured problem solving
- “Experience in service operations / field support / dispatch analytics”
- KPIs like:
- First-time fix rate (FTFR)
- Cost-to-serve
- Remote resolution
- Strong emphasis on automation + command center / ops analytics
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with business + data/IT teams together
- High ownership and bias for action
- Ability to work in ambiguity and drive clarity
- Strong executive communication (your leadership forums expectation)
- Detail-oriented, outcome-focused
- % of projects delivered on time and impact achieved
- Adoption of data tools / dashboards
- Improvement in key KPIs (cost, SLA, productivity, etc.)
- Stakeholder satisfaction
