Job description:
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor operator performance and ensure adherence to work instructions.
- Ensure production output meets quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects, take corrective actions.
- Promote a safe and clean working environment.
- Monitor machine utilization and report breakdowns for timely maintenance.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and downtime logs.
- Report production status, issues, and improvement suggestions to management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with planning, stores team.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Complete checklist at the time of packing
- Oversee & load material as per documents
- Maintain daily dispatch reports.(Must have good knowledge of MS Excel)
- Make sure all entries are done before dispatch, gate pass etc.
