Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in designing and developing professional business websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and WordPress and be capable of creating responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
- Convert UI designs into fully functional web pages.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Update website content, banners, landing pages, and other web elements.
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular website maintenance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends and WordPress best practices.
Required Skills
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Web Design.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress.
- Experience in developing responsive and mobile-friendly websites.
- Knowledge of WordPress theme customization and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, and website deployment.
- Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in the E-commerce industry will be preferred.
- Experience in designing and maintaining e-commerce websites is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple website projects efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Portfolio of live websites developed using WordPress is mandatory.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field.
Salary: Best in the Industry (Based on Experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
