About the Company
Luster Services Private Limited is a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in Data Entry, Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Back Office Support, Customer Support, and Business Process Outsourcing services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Operations team.
Job Summary
The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the work of Data Entry Executives, identifying errors, maintaining quality standards, and providing feedback to improve accuracy and overall process performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits of Data Entry Executive work.
- Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SOPs.
- Identify, classify, and document errors and discrepancies.
- Maintain quality scores, audit sheets, and error logs.
- Provide constructive feedback to employees and Team Leads.
- Identify recurring errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Assist in process improvement and quality calibration activities.
- Escalate critical or repeated quality issues to the appropriate manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Analysis, Quality Assurance, Data Entry, BPO Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in data entry or back-office operations is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
