Position Overview
Astrellix is seeking an entrepreneurial Delivery Head – Business Growth & Strategic Accounts who can build and lead high-performing delivery teams while actively contributing to business growth.
This is not a traditional delivery leadership role.
We are specifically looking for a leader who has an established network, strong client relationships, and a demonstrated track record of winning and growing IT services business. The ideal candidate should be able to introduce new clients, influence decision-makers, and help Astrellix expand its global footprint while ensuring successful project delivery.

Strategic Business Growth (Mandatory)
The successful candidate is expected to play an active role in revenue generation by:
* Bringing qualified business opportunities through an existing professional network.
* Introducing Astrellix to enterprise decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, Engineering Directors, Procurement Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
* Converting relationships into active client engagements.
* Opening doors to new enterprise accounts across North America, Europe, APAC, or the Middle East.
* Driving account acquisition as well as account expansion.
* Working closely with the Founder on strategic sales, solutioning, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
* Building long-term strategic partnerships with clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile (Highly Desirable)
Candidates who can demonstrate one or more of the following will be given strong preference:
* An active portfolio of enterprise relationships that can be leveraged for new business opportunities.
* A proven history of generating revenue through personal networks or strategic account management.
* Experience leading delivery while also contributing to sales, account growth, or business development.
* Experience managing strategic accounts with significant annual contract value.
* Strong reputation and credibility within the IT services industry.

Compensation
This role offers a competitive fixed salary, a performance-based bonus, and an attractive incentive structure linked to business outcomes. Compensation for revenue generation will be aligned with measurable results, such as qualified opportunities converted into signed contracts and profitable account growth.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 per year
