About the Role
We are hiring French C1 Customer Support Interpreters for a permanent Work From Home opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with strong French and English communication skills who are looking to build a long-term career in language interpretation and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate real-time interpretation between French and English during voice interactions.
- Ensure clear communication while maintaining the meaning, tone, and context of conversations.
- Follow company quality standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Document interactions as required and comply with operational guidelines.
- Deliver a professional customer experience.
Eligibility
- French language proficiency at C1 level is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in interpretation, translation, customer support, or international voice processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working rotational or night shifts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional Work From Home setup.
