Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator – Fresher to support our sales team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and providing basic technical assistance to customers.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of engineering concepts, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn about our products and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
· Receive and understand customer enquiries and requirements.
· Prepare and share quotations, technical documents, and product information with customers.
· Coordinate with the technical, production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
· Assist Sales Engineers in preparing proposals and presentations.
· Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and delivery status.
· Maintain customer records, enquiry details, quotations, and order status.
· Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining sales databases.
· Provide basic technical information about products to customers.
· Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits when required.
· Track pending enquiries and follow up with the concerned sales team.
· Support the sales team in achieving customer service and sales objectives.
· Handle routine customer communication through email and phone professionally.
Skills Required
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of engineering/technical concepts.
· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
· Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, or product details is an advantage.
· Good coordination and follow-up skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
· Ability to work effectively with different departments.
· Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate
· Fresh graduates or diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
· Candidates from Mechanical Engineering background are preferred.
· Candidates with internships or project experience in sales, engineering, or manufacturing will have an added advantage.
· Should be comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.
