Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site supervision experience
- Previous offshore or Oil & Gas industry experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical work at the offshore site.
- Manage and coordinate site manpower.
- Monitor daily work progress and prepare reports.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with offshore safety procedures.
- Maintain quality and complete the assigned work within schedule.
- Manage tools, equipment and materials at the site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain site documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, maintenance, piping and structural work.
- Good manpower-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work offshore in 12-hour shifts.
- Valid offshore safety certificates and medical fitness will be preferred.
- Candidate must be ready for offshore deployment.
