Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to activate online business channels for the organization .You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey of our products—from setting up marketplace listings to running high-ROI digital ad campaigns. Your goal is simple: Drive profitable online revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Mastery: Complete management of seller accounts on Amazon etc. This includes SEO-optimized listings, content etc.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute Meta (FB/IG) Ads and Google Shopping Ads with a strict focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Direct-to-Consumer (D2C): Manage our website (Shopify/WooCommerce), ensuring the storefront is updated, fast, and optimized for conversions.
- Data-Driven Growth: Weekly tracking of sales data, traffic trends, and return rates. You will use these insights to pivot strategies and scale winning products.
- Operations Coordination: Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure "Seller Prime" or "Assured" status and timely fulfillment.
Requirements & Skills
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record in scaling brands on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Ad Strategy: Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads for e-commerce
- Analytical Mindset: Expert level in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics to track customer behavior.
- Copywriting: Ability to write "selling" titles and bullet points that convert browsers into buyers.
- Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions; you identify gaps in the funnel and fix them.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
