We are hiring a Collection Back Office Executive to support collection operations through customer follow-ups, payment coordination, and reporting activities. The role involves handling Bucket 1–2 cases, making reminder calls to customers, and assisting in timely payment collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Bucket 1–2 cases and follow up with customers for pending EMIs
- Make outbound calls to customers and remind them about due payments
- Coordinate with customers and assist them with payment-related queries
- Maintain and update collection records in the system
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
- Coordinate with field executives regarding payment updates
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 Years in Collection / Telecalling / Back Office / Operations preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Salary: ₹10,500 – ₹12,000 per month
