Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Algorithm Developer to design, implement, and optimize efficient algorithms for solving complex business and technical problems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, programming expertise, and a deep understanding of data structures and computational logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement algorithmic trading strategies for equity and derivatives markets
- Build and optimize low-latency, high-performance trading systems
- Perform backtesting and forward testing using historical market data
- Integrate trading strategies with broker APIs (e.g., Zerodha, Upstox, etc.)
- Monitor live strategies and improve performance based on market behavior
- Apply risk management techniques (stop-loss, position sizing, drawdown control)
- Analyze market patterns, price action, and indicators for strategy building
- Work closely with traders and tech teams for execution and improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Algorithmic Trading & Financial Markets
- Hands-on experience with Python (preferred), C++, or Java
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Experience with backtesting frameworks and historical data analysis
- Knowledge of technical indicators, price action, and trading strategies
- Understanding of order execution, slippage, latency, and market microstructure
- Experience with broker APIs (Zerodha Kite, Upstox, Angel One, etc.)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
