Job Summary
Works for updating, maintaining, analyzing and reconciling company accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Regularly updates and maintains general vouchers and ledgers in Tally and ERP.
- Updates and Maintains Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
- Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
- Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts;
- Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
- Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with financial & legal requirements.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- B.Com (Hons.) graduate with a specialization in finance
- Must be well versed with Tally
- Must be comfortable with GST
- Experience of 0-2 years ( Candidates with previous work experience will be preferred)
