- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Support Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex queries professionally.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- 2-4 years of TL experience is required in Customer support or Sales process.
- Should have excellent communication skills and team managing skills.
