Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development team by identifying and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation, online research, and prospect database management, with the ability to identify potential clients and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and key contacts.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases in CRM or Excel.
- Identify new business opportunities through online research and lead generation tools.
- Verify and update contact information to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support outreach campaigns and pipeline development.
- Track daily lead generation activities and maintain reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Online Research, or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Good understanding of B2B prospecting and database management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
