§ Overall in-charge of security of Man, Machinery and Material of the plant.
§ To ensure enforcement of policies introduced for safety of staff /vendors / visitors etc.
§ Control and monitor expenses related to security operations
Operations
§ Controlling & Keeping record of Entry & Exit of Man & Material
§ Responsible for process adherence of inward and outward equipment movement
§ Responsible for process adherence of vehicle movements in the unit
§ Preparing & maintaining monthly reports, checking attendance, updating registers for shift duties, undertaking surprise checks & security assessment.
§ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
§ Prepare & implement emergency response mechanism.
§ Oversees vendors/providers of establishment services to ensure smooth and trouble-free service and ensures strict adherence to performance contracts.
§ Obtain various intelligence/key inputs and share with management.
§ Patrolling in factory premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of all the area of factory premises.
§ Responsible for proper documentation of Inward & Outward movements of material.
§ Overall control of postal systems and frisking.
§ Responsible for preparing vehicle reports, KPL reports and MLC documentation.
§ Responsible for maintenance and periodically servicing of vehicles/Ambulances.
§ Oversee the statutory compliance of documents.
§ Monitoring parking services.
§ Monitoring ICU’s, counselling and anticipating difficult Pt’s / attendants and be prepared and inform to concerned.
§ Responsible for maintaining good liaison with local PS.
§ Responsible for managing Electronic vigilance, Audio/ Video counselling.
§ Responsible for investing on theft/lost things.
People
§ Responsible for preparation of duty roaster, monitoring and motivating of Security team
§ Exercise command, control & discipline of all the security guards
§ Train security guards on security Standard Operating Procedures
§ Conduct regular mock drill and team meets on various security and safety parameters.
§ Training people on Fire Safety, conducting mock drills and how to respond to Emergency codes.
Customer
§ Give immediate and complete attention to the patient’s request and complaints.
§ Take immediate remedial action against complaints.
§ Provide courteous service to patient’s attendants.
§ Interact with external and statutory authorities and apprise the internal teams with information.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
