Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close business deals.
- Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle government tender submissions (preferred).
Required Skills
- 5–6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, market research, competitor analysis, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong industry network and established client relationships.
- Experience in government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, or bid management is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
