Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Kamrej, Surat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Update call records and customer information in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
