- Handling Incoming and Outbound calls of customers for claim registration and processing
- Assigning calls to the field technician for visit at customer place to resolve problem
- Taking feedback from the technician and customer on job completion
- Managing escalation efficiently and resolve on priority for customer satisfaction
- Maintaining updated data of all the open and closed claims
- Good communication with well spoken english, hindi and marathi language
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
