Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Facebook Ads and targeted lead generation strategies to fuel business growth.
Marketing Design: Design high-converting creatives, social media graphics, ad banners, and promotional materials that align with our brand identity.
Website Development & Maintenance: Manage, update, and optimize our company website(s) to ensure seamless user experience, fast load times, and strong conversion paths.
Cross-Functional Execution: Act as a single point of contact for all digital operations, bridging the gap between design, tech, and marketing campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
Proven Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience running successful Facebook ad campaigns and generating consistent leads.
Design Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools (such as Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or Illustrator) to create compelling marketing collateral.
Technical Know-How: Strong background in website development, landing page creation, and basic web maintenance.
All-in-One Mindset: Ability to multitask, manage priorities independently, and deliver results across marketing, design, and tech development.
What We Offer
