- Plan and deliver engaging English language training sessions tailored to learners with different proficiency levels.
- Help learners improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive and practical learning activities.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, business communication, and public speaking in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Evaluate learners' progress through assignments, presentations, quizzes, and regular assessments.
- Provide personalized guidance and constructive feedback to help learners build confidence and achieve continuous improvement.
- Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and learning resources to ensure effective instruction.
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and active learning.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, learner performance, and assessment outcomes.
- Work closely with the Training Department to enhance programme quality and achieve organizational learning objectives.
