This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager based in Ghaziabad. Daily tasks involve lead generation, building relationships with prospective franchisees, and delivering training programs to ensure successful franchise operations. The role also requires overseeing and managing the expansion of the franchise network.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising operations
- Experience in Business Planning and crafting strategies for franchise development
- Strong capabilities in Lead Generation and relationship management
- Ability to design and conduct effective training programs for franchisees
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the education and training industry
- Prior experience in franchise development roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
