Job Summary:
The Front Office Faculty is responsible for teaching and training students in front office operations, guest relations, hospitality etiquette, and hotel reception management. The faculty member will provide both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to prepare students for careers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions related to Front Office Operations.
- Teach subjects such as Reception Management, Reservation Procedures, Guest Handling, Hospitality Communication, and Customer Service.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and study materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and role-play activities for students.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practicals, presentations, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance records, internal assessments, and academic documentation.
- Guide students during industrial training, internships, and placement activities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and hospitality-related activities.
- Stay updated with current trends and practices in the hospitality industry.
- Participate in departmental meetings and institutional academic activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management or related field.
- Prior teaching or industry experience in Front Office Operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of hotel software and front office procedures.
Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling abilities.
- Good organizational and classroom management skills.
- Professional grooming and personality.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
Experience:
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Salary:
As per qualification, experience, and institutional policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
