Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven International Business Devlopment to manage and execute email marketing campaigns for international outsourcing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, optimizing, and analyzing email campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
- Develop email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
- Design and manage email templates using marketing automation platforms.
- Segment email lists and implement personalization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and management.
- Maintain email database hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and account managers to deliver client requirements.
- Set up automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 month – 1.5 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation.
- Experience with audience segmentation and campaign analytics.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Experience managing campaigns for international clients.
- Understanding of -SPAM, and email compliance regulations.
- Experience with lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing.
