Job Summary:
Jayair System Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Meet performance targets and service quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
