DoctorsBuy is seeking a reliable and proactive Dispatch Person to handle the packing, dispatching, and delivery coordination of medical equipment, hospital furniture, and related products. The ideal candidate will ensure that orders are prepared accurately, dispatched on time, and delivered safely to customers and partners. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch. Verify order details before shipment. Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams for outgoing deliveries. Arrange dispatch schedules and follow up with delivery partners. Ensure products are handled safely and packed securely. Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status. Assist in loading and unloading goods when required. Check stock availability before dispatching orders. Resolve dispatch-related issues promptly. Support smooth and timely delivery operations. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or delivery coordination. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email. Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Experience in medical equipment, hospital furniture, healthcare products, or B2B logistics is an added advantage.
