Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Maintain strong relationships with existing investors.
· Conduct regular portfolio review meetings.
· Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
· Resolve client queries regarding investments, interest payments, maturities, and documentation.
· Understanding of technical and fundamental analysis.
· Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Strong communication and presentation abilities.
· Client-centric approach with problem-solving capabilities.
· Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
· Proficiency in trading platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel.
· Review client portfolios regularly.
· Recommend asset allocation strategies.
· Conduct periodic investment review meetings.
· Maintain regular communication regarding market developments.
· Build long-term trust and improve client retention.
· Contact active trading clients during market opening.
· Share trading ideas and market opportunities.
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
· Generate leads through references and digital platforms.
· Schedule client meetings (online/offline).
· Conduct product presentations.
· Open new Demat and Trading Accounts.
· Follow up with leads for account activation.
· Convert prospects into active client
