We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage staff, maintain service standards, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise hotel operations and staff performance.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage reservations, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
