Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in procurement of raw materials, hardware, engineering items, and production consumables
· Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and material dispatch
· Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
· Compare quotations and support cost analysis activities
· Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Dispatch departments for material requirements
· Track pending materials and ensure timely availability
· Support vendor development and vendor performance tracking
· Maintain ERP/Excel procurement data and documentation
· Ensure proper filing of invoices, GRN, and purchase documents
Required Skills:
· Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain process
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP handling
· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
· Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
· Good analytical and documentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Energetic and career-oriented engineering fresher
· Ready to work in manufacturing environment
· Good team coordination and discipline
