The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading the organization's overall strategy, business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term sustainability. The CEO provides visionary leadership, drives expansion, builds strategic partnerships, and ensures the achievement of organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's long-term vision and strategic plans. Drive revenue growth and business expansion across domestic and international markets. Oversee all business operations, including admissions, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and student services. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, recruitment partners, and corporate stakeholders. Monitor financial performance, budgets, profitability, and cash flow. Lead, mentor, and develop the senior leadership team. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies. Establish KPIs and monitor organizational performance. Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
