Job Overview
We are hiring a Quality Auditor / Compliance Auditor (LSP) for our Loan Service Provider (LSP) operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in audit, compliance, or CA Articleship and possess a good understanding of loan/lending operations, KYC processes, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality and compliance audits for Loan Service Provider (LSP) operations.
- Review loan files and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify KYC documentation and identify compliance gaps.
- Prepare audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain audit records and ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve compliance processes.
Required Skills
- Experience in Audit, Compliance, or CA Articleship.
- Good understanding of Loan/Lending Operations.
- Knowledge of KYC Verification and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Finance)
- CA (Qualified/Articleship)
- B.Com/M.Com (Finance) or equivalent
