Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements (materials, services, timelines)
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors
- Request quotations (RFQs), proposals (RFPs), and bids
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs)
- Ensure accuracy in specifications, quantity, and pricing
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor procurement costs against the project budget
- Suggest cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Work closely with project managers, finance, and operations teams
- Ensure materials/services align with technical requirements
- Resolve procurement-related issues quickly

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field)
- 3–5 years’ experience in project procurement or supply chain (Assistant manager level) .
