Job Opening: E‑Commerce Executive
Location: Gam, Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 2-4 years (e‑commerce operations)
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
* Create & optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords)
* Inventory planning & stock management
* Handle orders, returns, refunds & RTO
* Monitor pricing, competition & Buy Box
* Run deals, offers, coupons & campaigns
* Manage basic Amazon/Flipkart Ads (PPC)
* Maintain account health & compliance
* Handle customer queries & reviews
* Coordinate with Seller Support
* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
* Assist in new product launches
*Requirements:*
* 2–4 years’ experience in e‑commerce operations
* Knowledge of online marketplaces
* Basic Excel & inventory management skills
* Good communication skills
