Merchandiser – Export Garment Industry

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser from the garment export industry to manage buyer communication, order execution, production follow-ups, and shipment coordination. The candidate should have experience handling both international and domestic clients and ensuring timely order delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle export orders from product development to final shipment.
- Coordinate with international buyers and domestic clients.
- Manage sampling, approvals, fabric sourcing, trims, and production follow-ups.
- Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams.
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and shipment schedules.
- Prepare merchandising reports and maintain order documentation.
- Resolve production and buyer-related issues to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment export industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, sourcing, production planning, and export procedures.
- Experience handling both international buyers and domestic clients.
- Exposure to brands such as Zara, Mango, H&M, Primark, or similar international buyers will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising documentation.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or related field preferred).
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
