Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 network support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, connectivity, and performance-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches.
- Perform implementation and configuration of network devices as per project requirements.
- Handle VLAN, Trunking, STP, EtherChannel, Inter-VLAN Routing and related issues.
- Troubleshoot OSPF, BGP, static routing, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT and ACL issues.
- Perform network device installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor network health, interface utilization, packet loss, latency, and device availability.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined SLA.
- Coordinate with ISP, vendors, field engineers, and L2/L3 teams for complex issues.
- Maintain network documentation, configuration backups, incident reports, and change records.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and implementation activities.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching
- Cisco Routers & Switches
- VLAN, Trunking, STP, EtherChannel
- OSPF / BGP / Static Routing
- TCP/IP, IP Addressing & Subnetting
- DHCP, DNS, NAT & ACL
- Network troubleshooting and implementation
- Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools
- Good understanding of network security concepts
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant Network Engineering experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on implementation experience is mandatory
- Should be comfortable working independently on network incidents
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 30 days notice period preferred
- Candidates residing in Mumbai / nearby locations will be preferred
- CCNA/CCNP certification will be an added advantage
Key Requirement
We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong practical troubleshooting + implementation experience, not purely monitoring/NOC experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
