Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.
- Schedule appointments for healthcare providers in the United States.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with patients.
- Assist patients with scheduling-related inquiries.
- Verify patient demographic and insurance information.
- Maintain accurate records in the EMR system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every patient interaction.
- Meet quality and productivity goals.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in International BPO, Voice Process, Customer Service, Healthcare BPO, or Call Center.
- Excellent English communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Experience in US Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
