Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs. In this role, you will equip students and job aspirants with the analytical, quantitative, logical, and verbal skills necessary to clear competitive exams and campus placement assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Teach shortcut tricks, time-management strategies, and problem-solving techniques to improve speed and accuracy.
- Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning speeds and educational backgrounds.
- Content & Curriculum Design:
- Develop comprehensive training modules, question banks, study materials, and mock test series aligned with current exam patterns.
- Continuously update study material based on recent recruitment trends and exam blueprints (e.g., CAT, Bank PO, SSC, Campus Recruitment Drives).
- Assessment & Evaluation:
- Design and evaluate regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to track candidate progress.
- Analyze individual performance data, identify learning gaps, and offer constructive feedback.
- Mentorship & Student Support:
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual guidance to low-performing students.
- Motivate and build confidence in students to tackle high-pressure competitive environments.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer, Quantitative Trainer, or Competitive Exam Coach. Freshers with exceptional aptitude scores (e.g., high percentile in CAT/GATE/Bank exams) are often considered.
Technical Competencies
- Strong mastery over core topics including Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, Modern Math, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Familiarity with major competitive exam patterns (e.g., Campus Placements, Banking, SSC, GRE, GMAT, CAT).
- Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online teaching tools.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and classroom control.
- Ability to break down complex mathematical concepts into easy-to-understand steps.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and motivational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior personal success in clearing major competitive exams or placement assessments.
- Certification in pedagogy, soft skills, or educational technology.
- Experience in conducting corporate or large-group campus recruitment training sessions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
