Maharaja Engineers & Contractors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Kochi and across Kerala.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development experience, excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team. Candidates from the construction, real estate, infrastructure, project management consultancy (PMC), architecture, engineering, or related sectors will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, architects, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
Promote the company's construction, project management, and engineering services.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Build, train, and manage a sales team to support company growth.
Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in networking events, industry forums, and business meetings.
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project execution teams for successful project acquisition.
Educational Qualification
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management)
BBA
B.Tech (Civil Engineering preferred, but not mandatory)
Experience Required
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, building materials, engineering services, or related industries is highly preferred.
