Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall recovery and collections operations across assigned portfolios.
- Monitor daily performance of Team Leaders, Field Executives, and Telecalling teams.
- Ensure monthly recovery targets and collection efficiency are achieved.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies for delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate with clients/banks/NBFCs regarding recovery status and operational updates.
- Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and company recovery procedures.
- Analyze MIS reports, recovery trends, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations, dispute cases, and critical customer issues professionally.
- Ensure field operations are conducted with proper documentation and discipline.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational quality of the team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of recovery staff.
- Ensure proper allocation of cases and territories to field executives.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and client data.

Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
- Additional certification in Operations or Collections Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in recovery/collections operations.
- DRA certification is Mandetory
