Designation: Tele Sales Executive – Solar Industry
Primary Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through tele-calling to understanding their needs, and pitching them about our solar products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to generate leads over the phone.

Job Description:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Contact potential customers (commercial and industrial) via phone to introduce solar solutions.
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to build a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
Customer Consultation:
- Engage with customers to understand their energy needs and offer appropriate solar product solutions.
- Provide clear and accurate information about solar energy options, benefits, pricing, and installation processes.
Sales Pitch & Conversion:
- Persuade and convince prospects to purchase solar solutions through effective sales pitch.
- Manage sales calls by addressing customer concerns and offering tailored solar solutions.
Data Entry & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking the progress of leads and sales conversions.
- Follow up with leads and provide post-sale support as necessary.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve sales strategies and outreach methods.
Achieving Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales team or management.
- Participate in sales meetings, team discussions, and training to improve performance and knowledge.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Work Experience: Previous experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or a customer service role, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
