Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar installations.
- Prepare solar system designs, single-line diagrams (SLD), and project layouts.
- Calculate system capacity, generation estimates, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Supervise installation and commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project handover documents.
- Provide technical support to sales and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar PV projects (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of solar system design, net metering, and electrical installations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and solar design software.
- Understanding of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical protection systems.
Skills Required
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Project coordination and team management.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
