Reporting to - DGM Design
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Work timings - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Location - Thane - Wagle Estate
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
- Area calculation and keeping scope of work marked on Tender drawing.
- Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
- Arranging specification and drawings etc. requires data for accurate estimation.
- Preparation of offer letters and follow up for the same.
- Keeping Project enquiry register up to date.
- Cross check scope of work against tender documents and notify if any difference.
- Communicate with PM for as built area against Tender; in any deviation amend to PI with help of Project manager.
- Study Tender drawings thoroughly if any critical detail observed notify to Design manager.
- Report to DM if any special material is considered in estimation.
- Collaborate with operations staff and designers to ensure that proposed details are not over budget.
- Analyse time schedule considered in estimation against actual.
- To keep up-to-date about prices and characteristics of materials as well as about erection modalities.
- Be able to co ordinate with Project lead as required for estimation activities.
Other
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2-3 years in Façade Industry
