About the Role
At RAKT, we build critical SaaS software that powers blood banks and healthcare operations, ensuring life-saving resources reach those in need safely and efficiently. As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, and support teams to translate real-world blood banking workflows into clear, actionable software specs.This is a high-execution, high-learning role ideal for someone early in their product career who thrives on structure, attention to detail, and making an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with Product Managers, customer success, and support teams to collect user feedback and convert them into clear product needs.
- Spec Writing & Grooming: Draft well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns that developers can execute on without ambiguity.
- Sprint Execution & Support: Partner daily with development teams during sprints to clarify feature scope, test edge cases, and remove execution blockers.
- Backlog Maintenance: Assist product leads in organizing and maintaining a clean, prioritized, and build-ready product backlog.
- Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of smaller features, bug fixes, and usability enhancements from ideation to release.
- Feedback Loop: Capture feedback from customer onboarding, support tickets, and live product usage, turning them into structured improvement requests.
- Documentation & Readiness: Create and maintain user guides, product documentation, and release notes to support smooth customer demos and onboarding.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Keep cross-functional teams updated on deliverable status, sprint progress, and upcoming releases.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a junior product management, product operations, business analysis, or customer-facing SaaS role.
- Strong Documentation Skills: Ability to organize complex, scattered inputs into structured, easy-to-understand specifications.
- Tech-Savvy & Curious: Comfort working around engineering teams and a foundational understanding of how web/mobile software is built.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
- Clear Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Domain Empathy: High curiosity and eagerness to learn the nuances of blood bank workflows and healthcare compliance.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
