- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- On-board new employees.
- Take Induction for New hires.
- Handle Employee Grievance.
- Payroll reports generation.
- Business Communication.
- Retention and Exit interviews.
- Conduct performance appraisals.
- Conducting fun activities, sports, camps.
- The candidate should have held a minimum of 1 to 2 yrs in a Human Resource position in market research.
- Should be target and number driven.
